
In collaboration with Nawangseta Design Studio, the architectural designer of Seta Coffee Library, artist and photographer Ade Ardhana responds to the space through explorations of proportion, colour, and encounters with Nusantara flavours drawn from Mustika Rasa. ‘Makan di Ruang Tengah’ (Eating in the Living Room) invites you to reflect on eating as a spatial experience. More than just a table at the centre, it becomes a meeting point of relations, visuals, and taste, shaping how we are present, meet, and share.

Inspired by the Balinese way of life, traditional architecture and sacred textiles during their ADIR residency, Studio Marcel Poulain designed a lounge chair to be 'dressed up' like a character, developed and crafted by CushCush and Balinese artisans.

The second Paras Open House, marking the launch of the book, Paras - Documenting 100 Years of Hospitality and Hotel Architecture in Bali, will be part of the annual ARCH:ID, Indonesia's biggest architecture conference and exhibition in Jakarta.

The first Paras Open House, marking the launch of the book, Paras - Documenting 100 Years of Hospitality and Hotel Architecture in Bali, will take place within the setting of Bebek Cottages Sanur, the beloved former home of the late designer, Made Wijaya.
