As a part of the Culinary Cultural Exchange Series 2026, Desa Potato Head Bali welcome Petty Elliott to its tables at the end of August. This residency centres on Indonesia’s culinary biodiversity: the spices, herbs, and ingredients that connect an entire archipelago. There are two ways to taste her creations: one at Tanaman following the Purnama full-moon meditation, and a long-table gathering of Eastern Indonesian dishes at Kaum.
